Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and data from well-being screeners. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your individual responses. Aggregate, anonymized data may be used for HR analytics as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Thrive Workplace makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Thrive Workplace or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if Thrive Workplace or a Thrive Workplace authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
